This policy explains what information Founders Hub collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Who we are

Founders Hub is a business setup company in Dubai, licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under trade license No. 1643049, at Office #101, Al Nisf Building, Airport Road, Dubai.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number, email address and country.
• Your plans: your business activity and the services you ask about.
• Application documents: for example passport, visa and Emirates ID copies, photos, trade license and company documents, when you ask us to process an application.
• Payment records: the amounts and dates of your payments.
• Messages: what you send us on WhatsApp, by email, in the chat or through the inquiry form on this website.
• Website usage: with your consent, how you use this website (see section 5).

3. How we use it

• To answer your questions and send you quotations
• To prepare, submit and follow your applications
• To contact you about your file
• To keep records required by law

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your documents for anything other than your file.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only when your file requires it, with:

• Government authorities, such as the Department of Economy and Tourism, residency and immigration authorities, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, and free zone authorities
• Banks, when you ask for bank account assistance
• Service providers directly involved in your file, such as translators or couriers

5. WhatsApp, the inquiry form, cookies and this website

Messages you send us on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. The chat window on this website only opens WhatsApp with your message; it does not store what you type.

When you send the inquiry form on this website, the details you enter (your name, phone number, email, country, business activity, the service you need and your message) are sent to our team and stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify, so that we can reply to you. Netlify may store this information outside the UAE.

Cookies and analytics: with your consent, this website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Meta Pixel to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and may collect information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser, your approximate location and how you reached the site. They only run after you click “Accept” on the cookie notice. Google and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies and may store it outside the UAE.

You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

6. How we protect it

Only the team members working on your file can access your documents, and we take reasonable measures to keep them secure. However, no method of storing or sending information is completely secure.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it.

8. Your rights

In line with the data protection laws that apply in the UAE, you can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it when we no longer need it by law. Message us on WhatsApp or email info@foundershubdubai.ae and we will reply within a reasonable time.

9. Limits of our responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• Once your information is submitted to a government authority, a bank, a free zone or any other party as part of your file, it is handled under that party's own systems and policies. We are not responsible for how they process, store or disclose it.
• Messages and documents you send by WhatsApp, email or any other channel pass through third-party services outside our control. We are not responsible for any loss, interception or disclosure that happens on those services.
• We are not responsible for hacking, unauthorised access, system failures or any other event outside our reasonable control.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you send us, and for having permission to share any information about other people, such as partners or family members.
• In all cases, our total liability relating to your information is limited to the service fees you paid us for the related service.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date.
